40th Birthday for CEO

For this special birthday celebration, we rented three villas, coordinated a Yacht day in the San Diego waters, planned a surprise helicopter arrival onto the yacht for the birthday boy, had a skydiver and member of the Red Bull Air Force deliver a 6L champagne bottle service to the yacht via a water landing, coordinated dinner & brunch on the beach, secured private tables at a nightclub, transformed a villa for the after party, and coordinated ground transportation.

Y-Combinator Event, Co-hosted by Myria and Drew Houston, Founder of Dropbox

For Y-Combinators recent end of batch celebration, Drew Houston offered to allow Myria to produce an afterparty in his Millennium Tower penthouse. In three days time, I was able to bring in the Rufus du Sol DJ, secured celebrity appearances, staffing, food & beverage, pianist for late night singalongs, and media delivery.

Halloween party for CEO

A CEO hosts an annual Halloween party with his close personal friends and asked for help this year. He wanted to find a safe venue where they could also “go all night”. I sourced an underground venue which served drinks until 5:30a for them.

For this event, I privatized Heart at OMNIA nightclub to activate “The Hangover” theme the clients wanted to create. I sourced impersonators, decor, vendors, and providers for media delivery.

Y-Combinator event series

Privatized the main fireplace room at Charmaine’s and privatized True Laurel for four private Y_Combinator events. I worked with both locations to develop the custom menus for the night and ensure proper covid protocols for the guests.

Dual Yacht vacation for CEO

We chartered the 11.11 Superyacht and secondary follow yacht for this CEO, his family, and close personal friends. We coordinated their private air transportation to and from Croatia as well as their water route & ports for the trip.

Ibiza group vacation for VC investor and founder

This retired founder wanted to celebrate being able to travel and hang with friends again once Covid travel restrictions had been lifted. We coordinated two villas, 24x7 private chauffeurs, chefs, themed dinners, a private photo session with Jordi Koalitic, a custom portrait by Mr Dripping, he hosted a white party at the principal villa, beach club days, yacht days, and most importantly, nights out on the town.

Last minute weekend in Iceland for CEO & family

A CEO decided to tack on a last minute stop in Iceland while traveling with his family and close friends. I coordinated all accommodations, covid testing, ground transportation, a helicopter arrival to the second hotel, and all tours, spa, gyms and meals.

This founder was itching to host a social event and this was one of the first since Covid. I sourced a private villa in the Los Angeles hills and created the event of his dreams. We activated a wellness center in the spa, brought in Le Rêve for private aquatic performances in the two story pool, Burning Man art & art car on site, six DJ’s, custom cocktails and floating sushi.

For a 50th birthday celebration in Las Vegas, we privatized Intrigue nightclub and the entire 50th floor of the Wynn. A few special touches at this two day celebration were florals by Jeff Leatham and a performance by Pitbull.
